PRICES

When purchasing the products we offer on the web, the client agrees to pay the indicated price to Neus Soler, and under the specified conditions of shipping and payment.
The prices on the web include the Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal valid rate. It is currently 21%.
The shipping costs of the product are not included in the price shown on the website and their conditions are detailed below.

PAYMENT

By credit card – The transaction is done by connecting directly with the BBVA bank via its payment gateway.
At the payment, the customer will receive the invoice in PDF format at the previously provided e-mail address.
By bank transfer – Enter the total amount at the indicated bank current account.
The payment system accomplishes all the security regulations of the contracted bank.
Customers from third countries outside the European Union will be responsible for the payment of any taxes or customs duties that may exist in their countries for the acquisition made, as well as to carry out the proceedings before the Spanish tax authorities for the reimbursement of the satisfied and declared by Neus Soler as collected VAT.

SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

Shipments will always be made to a permanent address. They will not be sent to hotels, post offices, or any non-permanent address.
The jewelry in stock will be sent to the carrier on the business day following the date of the order, and the client will be informed by an SMS or e-mail alert.
For parts that require a change, you must contact us by e-mail, to give you the delivery time.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product and are determined based on the distance and the shipping time, as detailed in the purchase form.
Only shipments of €400 or more, within the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be free of charge.
If any product offered on the web is temporarily unavailable, Neus Soler will inform the customer and will return the amount paid in the terms detailed in the section of withdrawal and return.

Balearic Islands: € 10
Delivery 48-72 hours

Neus Soler will not be responsible for any delay caused by the carrier, mistakes in the address, or for not being available to receive the order at the place and time of transport.
We recommend specifying the most favorable schedules to receive the order in the purchase form.

GUARANTEE

The warranty document is the purchase invoice.

CHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the pieces purchased at www.neussoler.com, it has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to give up the purchase.

You will not be able to return personalized or custom products following the instructions of the client.

The full refund of the price of the product will be carried out using the same means of payment used by the client for the initial transaction within the following 14 calendar days upon receipt of the return order.

The cost of return will be paid by the client.

Returns must be sent by certified mail, assuring the amount of the product at our address, under the responsibility and in charge of the buyer.

As proof of your return, it is imperative that you keep the receipt of the return shipment in order to be able to track the delivery to our address.

Once the products returned are checked, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid in the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

RIGHT OG WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without justification.

The Client will not have the right to give up in case the product is a customized product or made according to its directions.

The right of withdrawal is limited to the client returning the package, sealing and in the same conditions as it arrived.

The cost of the return will be paid by the client, except in the case that it is a mistake of the seller, which will assume the costs of the collection and the new shipment.

The product may not have been used by the buyer since receiving it, or present any sign of deterioration or wear.

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that you notify us of the decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement by sending an e-mail to neussoler@neussoler.com
